It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jozsef (Joe) Biro, on July 29th, 2026, at 86 years of age. Loving husband to Irene (deceased), grandfather to Erika, Alex, Max, Samantha, Deanna and Stephen, father to Emese (deceased), and Joe Jr. He may now rest in peace alongside his wife and daughter.

Born and raised in Hungary, he then immigrated to Canada at which

time he met his wife. Joe found pleasure in sharing good food and

stories with family and friends, engraving, moose hunting and camping

in Northern Ontario.

The family appreciates and gives thanks to the all the people that

supported Joe in his final years. In particular, the P.S.W.s and nurses

from St. Elizabeth.

A burial followed by a gathering at our home will be held on Friday

August 14th, 1pm at Woodland Cemetery.
